How To Pass
To start, put your right hand fingers, palm facing up, and lay them across your left hand fingers also with the palm up. Push your palms together forming a bowl. Push your thumbs up to the top of the pile of fingers. In that hand position put your arms out in front of you with your thumbs pointing towards the ground. When the ball comes the objective is to contact the ball on the inside of your forearms. Keep your knees bent and when you make contact do not swing your arms only but a little to give the ball direction. Most of the power and push to the ball comes from straightening your legs.
